Privacy policy
Short, because the site collects only what you type into the form. There are no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts.
Data controller

What I collect and why
Through the contact form I collect your name, email address, a description of your problem and, if you give it, your company name. I use them only to answer your enquiry and, if it comes to that, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing the data is voluntary, but without an email address I have no way to reply.
Who receives the data
Messages from the form reach me through an external form-delivery service: Web3Forms, run by Web3Creative, a company based in India with servers in the United States. The service does not keep the content of submissions; it forwards them to my email address and clears its technical logs every two months. It processes the data on my behalf under a data processing agreement that covers transfers outside the European Economic Area. Beyond that, the data is seen by the email provider I use. I do not sell data and do not pass it to anyone else.
How long I keep the data
I keep correspondence for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and then for up to 3 years from the last contact, in case you come back to the conversation or its course needs to be shown. If we sign a contract, I keep the related data for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on my legitimate interest. An email to the address above is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or with the authority in your own country.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing tools. The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with servers in Europe as well). The server keeps standard logs (IP address, time, requested address) needed for security, deleted automatically.
Changes
If the way I process data changes, for example a new provider is added, I will update this document. Last changed: 12 September 2026.
