No. Most companies come with a description of what gets in the way of their work, not a list of features. You do not need to understand technology either: we talk about your work, your customers and your staff, and every choice reaches you in plain language with its cost. We write the scope down together and only then talk about money.

It depends on the scope, which is why there is no price list on the site. After the first call and a written scope you get prices in writing, separately for each part of the system. You pay for a part once you have accepted it, not up front for the whole.

A small system takes a few weeks, a larger one a few months. You usually get the first working part to use after the first month, and the rest follows in stages. Timelines come in writing together with the scope.

You do. Copyright in the code passes to you once the invoice for that stage is paid, along with the documentation and every credential. You can hand maintenance and further work to other developers whenever you want.

I leave every system with documentation and in a state someone else can pick up. On larger projects I work with people I trust, so the work does not stop with one person.

Yes. After launch we agree how much support you need, from occasional changes to ongoing care. I have looked after the kayak rental system this way for three seasons.

I start by reviewing what you have. I build systems from scratch, but if yours can be extended, I will say so rather than talk you into a new one. If writing it again would work out cheaper, I will show you the numbers behind that.

Yes, where it pays off: invoices and orders from email landing in the system with nobody retyping them, customers getting an answer about your offer or their order at any hour, staff asking in plain words and getting an answer out of your own procedures and contracts, quotes and product copy written from data you already hold. Before I build anything I test it on your own data. I will also tell you where AI makes no sense and plain automation will do.

Yes, at any point, most often before the first call. Several of my projects are under such agreements, which is why I describe them without the details they protect.

Yes, remotely day to day, with companies across Poland and abroad. If you would rather meet in person, we can do that at your place. Either way, everything we agree on comes to you in writing.
