Bringing AI into your company

My degree specialised in data analysis and artificial intelligence, and I put it into companies day to day. That is why I can tell you where AI will genuinely help and where it only looks good in a proposal.

Where AI pays off

  • Reading documents. Invoices, contracts, orders and reports turned into data that lands where it belongs. A person checks it instead of retyping it.
  • Repeat customer questions. Answers to what people ask every day, based on your own documents and price list. Hard cases still go to a person.
  • Searching company knowledge. Someone asks in plain words and gets an answer from your procedures, contracts and past decisions, instead of digging through drives and asking a colleague.
  • Sorting and summarising. Tickets, email and photos go straight to the right person with a summary attached.

Where it is not worth it

Wherever plain automation is enough: moving data between two programs, sending a notification, calculating a report. That is simpler, cheaper and carries no risk of an answer being invented. I will tell you when we are in that territory.

I also advise against AI where a mistake is expensive and nobody has time to check the result. These tools sound just as confident when they are wrong.

How it works

  1. A call. You show me where people do the same thing over and over, or lose time searching.
  2. A test on your own data. Before I build anything, I check on your documents whether it works. You see the result on your own examples.
  3. Building it in. AI ends up in the same place your team already works, not in a separate tool people have to switch to.
  4. Checking after launch. I watch how it behaves on real work and correct it.

Billing

You pay once you have accepted a working feature. If the test on your data goes badly, I say so plainly and we do not build it.

Contact

Not sure which service fits? Describe the situation and I will scope it.

You do not need a specification. Describe how the work looks today and what should change. We will write the scope together.

A few sentences is enough.
