Automation and integrations

Data retyped by hand between programs costs hours and something stops adding up every week. I connect those programs to each other and automate what always happens the same way.

What I connect

  • Accounting. The package you already run, with the version you have and what it actually allows.
  • Stock and sales. Online shop, wholesale, supplier systems, price lists and stock levels.
  • Couriers and payments. Shipping labels, tracking, online payments and settling them.
  • The tools your team works in. Calendars, drives, spreadsheets, email, chat.

Before quoting I check what your version of each program can actually connect to, because versions of the same program differ more than people expect.

What I automate

  • Retyping data. An order from the shop lands in stock and in accounting on its own, with nobody copying between windows.
  • Documents. Contracts, reports, statements and invoices are produced from data that already exists and go to the right person.
  • Notifications. Messages to customers and to the team go out when something happens, not when someone remembers.
  • Recurring reports. The report someone assembles on Friday afternoon arrives ready.

Examples

How it works

  1. A call. You show me what someone clicks through and retypes by hand today.
  2. Checking the programs. I check what your programs allow and tell you what can and cannot be joined.
  3. Scope and quote. I split the work into stages, each with a price and a date in writing.
  4. Launch. The connection runs on real data, with a view of what went through and an alert when something does not.

Billing

Per stage, after acceptance. We usually start with the one connection that hurts most and add the next once the first has paid for itself.

Contact

Not sure which service fits? Describe the situation and I will scope it.

You do not need a specification. Describe how the work looks today and what should change. We will write the scope together.

A few sentences is enough.
