What I can build

• A panel for your staff. Orders, jobs, production, stock, schedules. Roles and permissions, a history of changes, a clear view of who did what.
• Job flow. Work moves between people and departments by your rules instead of through an inbox. You can see where it sits and since when.
• Documents. Contracts, reports and statements come out of data that is already in the system. One place instead of folders on several hard drives.
• Reports. The numbers you look at every week are calculated for you and ready when you need them, instead of being assembled in a spreadsheet at night.
• Work in the field. Screens for the shop floor, the yard and the customer site, still working when the signal drops.

All of it opens in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, and updates happen in one place.

• A system for a container terminal: container tracking, panels for reach stacker operators and the dispatcher.
• Bookings for a kayak rental: online sales with payments and a panel for staff.
• A legal document generator: a form instead of assembling documents by hand.

How it works

1. A call. We talk about how the work looks today and what should change. Knowing how your company works is enough.
2. Scope and quote. I write the work down step by step, split the system into stages and give you the order, time and price of each in writing.
3. Build, stage by stage. You get each finished part to use before I start the next. After the first month you have something that works, not mockups.
4. Launch and handover. The system is in daily use. The code, documentation and all credentials are yours.

On larger projects I bring in trusted people for specific tasks. The decisions and the responsibility for the whole stay with me.

Billing

You pay for a stage once you have accepted it, usually at the end of the month. You never pay up front for the whole system. If you change your mind along the way, you are left with a working piece rather than a building site.
