Service

Websites and applications

For companies that want to serve customers without phone calls and email, and for those launching a new service online. I build from the first line of code to the day the first customers arrive.

What I build

  • A company website. Fast, readable on a phone and visible in search, with a form that actually brings enquiries.
  • A customer portal. Customers check the status of a job, download documents, place orders, book a slot and pay online instead of calling the office.
  • Sales and payments. Orders, subscriptions and invoices issued automatically. Stripe, Przelewy24, Paynow.
  • A browser application. Opens on a phone and a computer, with nothing to install and no app store in the way.

A product from scratch

When the software itself is what you sell, a few things come on top of an ordinary website:

  • The core of the product. The one thing customers pay for, designed and written from scratch.
  • Accounts and access. Sign-up, login, roles, team invitations.
  • An admin panel. Users, orders, content, statistics, so you can run the product without a developer.
  • Launch and upkeep. Servers, domain, backups, watching that it stays up, updates without downtime.
  • Groundwork for growth. Pages for search engines, sales tracking, discount codes, a referral scheme.

We start with a version you can show and sell, not with everything at once. The first version does one thing properly; the rest follows what the first customers say.

Examples

  • mScanner: property reports sold without a subscription, with payments and invoices.
  • Polskill: a two-sided recruitment platform with skill matching and chat.
  • Bookings for a kayak rental: online sales and an availability calendar built around van logistics.

How it works

  1. A call. You tell me who will use it and what should happen on the other side of the screen.
  2. Scope and quote. I split the work into stages and give you the order, time and price of each in writing.
  3. Build, stage by stage. You see and use each finished part before I start the next.
  4. Launch. The site or product goes live, and the code, content and credentials are yours.

Billing

Per stage, usually monthly, after acceptance. The scope and price of the first version are agreed in writing before we start.

Contact

Not sure which service fits? Describe the situation and I will scope it.

You do not need a specification. Describe how the work looks today and what should change. We will write the scope together.

A few sentences is enough.
